We ourselves produce, assemble and install equipment, so we can guarantee its quality. We give a maximum guarantee for all products for a period of up to 5 years and carry out post-warranty service.
Our company undertakes to eliminate faults of the goods during the entire warranty period at its own expense, subject to the Customer’s compliance with the conditions of operation of the goods in accordance with the Operating Manual and the rules of warranty service.
Warranty service is provided subject to the performance of the complex installation and commissioning works by our specialists.
To maintain the warranty, the equipment must be serviced every 6 months from the date of purchase.
Post-warranty maintenance is carried out at preferential rates after the conclusion of an additional contract.
